My classes gentle and thoughtful,  sprinkled with stories, themes and a chance to challenge yourself. I create sequences designed to take you deeper into your journey of the self, through the self and to the Self.  Come experience a class with me to discover the amazing peace, relaxing calm and expansive understanding yoga can bring to your life.

One of my passions is teaching Yoga Nidra. This ancient practice of deep relaxation means Yogic Sleep and each 10 minutes of practice can be the equivalent of an hour of deep sleep.  The benefits are incredible.  And private session can afford you even deeper rest and an opportunity to have a customized session designed for your specific needs. Learn more about Yoga Nidra here.

I’m amazed and grateful for the gift yoga brings to my life and became a certified teacher so I could share yoga with others. I believe yoga is a lifetime learning process. Some of the amazing teachers and yogis who’ve influenced me include Amanda Russcol, Bhava Ram, Cheryl Deer, Ginny Biddle, Hansa Knox, Jen Hicks, Jeremy Wolf, John Vosler, Jordan Smiley, Kamini Desai, Kristine Whittle, Lindsay Gonzales,  Lorin Roche, Rod Stryker, Santosh Powell, and Stacy McDonald.

Yoga is good for the soul and you’re welcome in my classes!
