My classes are gentle and thoughtful, sprinkled with stories, themes and a chance to challenge yourself. I create sequences designed to take you deeper into your journey of the self, through the self and to the Self.  Come experience a class with me to discover the amazing peace, relaxing calm and expansive understanding yoga can bring to your life.

One of my passions is teaching Yoga Nidra. This ancient practice of deep relaxation means Yogic Sleep and each 10 minutes of practice can be the equivalent of an hour of deep sleep.  The benefits are incredible.  And private session can afford you even deeper rest and an opportunity to have a customized session designed for your specific needs. Learn more about Yoga Nidra here.

I’m amazed and grateful for the gift yoga brings to my life and became a certified teacher so I could share yoga with others. I believe yoga is a lifetime learning process.

Yoga is good for the soul and you're welcome in my classes!

Full Moon Sound Healing and Meditation

7:30 - 8:30
https://samadhiyoga.com/workshops-events

The full moon is a powerful time of healing and transformation. It is a time to let go of what no longer serves so that you may step forward in a newly charged way toward something greater. It is an incredible time to go within, reflect, meditate, and align your body, mind, and spirit toward what you desire.

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses the power of singing bowls to heal, shift and align the energy centers of the body. It is a way to clear the mind and body, bringing you into a deep state of relaxation and balance.

In this class, you will be led through guided meditation using the beautiful sounds of singing bowls. Join us as we let go of the old to create space for the new. Your spirit will thank you!

Yoga Nidra - the "sleeping" yoga is an ancient, guided meditation, designed to take you into a deep state of relaxation and help you relieve stress. Yoga nidra stimulates anti-aging and healing in your body. Students rest in a very comfortable position, usually on their backs, with pillows and a soft blanket. Many also like eye covers and a pillow or bolster under the knees to soften the lower back. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Sweat Level = 0
